Riva Khoshaba Parker brings eight years of managing complex securities and white collar litigation matters to her work for Ifrah Law litigation clients. She reviews all matters with an eye towards strategies and creative insights, ensuring that the firm provides clients with the most comprehensive legal counsel possible.
In her role as managing associate, Riva has firm-wide responsibility for monitoring workflow and communications with the government or opposing parties. Her efforts provide the firm’s attorneys with the support they need to serve clients in an efficient, streamlined and cost effective manner.
Over her career, her successes have included drafting compliance policies designed to avert regulatory missteps, effective pretrial advocacy, government investigations concluded without formal proceedings, administering a $90 million settlement in a securities class action and participating in the creation of a unique three-tiered settlement of approximately $200 million. She has a rare ability to make these kinds of cases relatively seamless for clients, and to keep case management smooth, transparent and stress-free.
