Rachel Hirsch Named a Member of Ifrah Law PLLC

WASHINGTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Ifrah Law PLLC, a law firm which focuses on litigation and investigations with an emphasis on Internet and technology businesses, is pleased to announce that Rachel Hirsch has been named a Member of the firm. Ifrah Law is based in Washington, DC, with offices in Baltimore, Atlantic City and Northern Virginia.
Rachel focuses her practice on all areas of affiliate marketing, Internet advertising, and iGaming platforms. As Practice Group leader of the firm’s Internet Advertising & Marketing group, she advises eCommerce merchants on structuring business partnerships in ways that minimize liability and maximize revenue: she ensures compliance with federal regulations, handles complex contract negotiations and disputes, and defends law suits including class actions.

Rachel is a recipient of The Daily Record’s 2016 Leading Women Award and was named to The Daily Record’s 2015 VIP List, Successful by 40. She received her J.D. cum laude with honors from the University of Maryland-Francis King Carey School of Law and her B. A. summa cum laude in Political Science from the University of Maryland- Baltimore County.
