Overview

With a Juris Doctor and over eight years of law firm management experience, Jerin Horton brings a unique combination of legal training and business perspective to her role as Ifrah Law’s Chief Operating Officer. She approaches law firm operations with a focus on creating the structure, efficiency, and support that allow our attorneys to focus on practicing law and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Jerin’s career has been rooted in Washington, D.C.-area boutique law firms, where she has held senior administrative and executive leadership roles overseeing firmwide business operations. Her experience includes financial management and forecasting, human resources, technology and systems modernization, firm administration, and organizational strategy. She has led major accounting and document management system transitions, developed firm-wide workflows and performance management frameworks, and built scalable, cloud-based operational infrastructure to support growing practices.

With a strong operational foundation, Ifrah Law clients benefit from a team that is supported to work efficiently and deliver results at the highest level. Jerin earned her J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and her B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland, College Park.
