Kyra Pulliam

Kyra Pulliam is a highly skilled licensing and regulatory compliance professional with extensive experience in the online gaming and sports betting sector. Bringing a unique blend of legal acumen, compliance expertise, and strategic leadership, she has a proven ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, highly regulated environments. As a Licensing & Compliance Specialist at Ifrah Law, Kyra manages complex regulatory filings, navigates multi-jurisdictional compliance requirements, and monitors evolving legislative developments.

Prior to joining Ifrah Law, Kyra served as Senior U.S. Licensing & Regulatory Coordinator at global sports betting and iGaming affiliate network, Better Collective. With a responsibility to ensure the company’s regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, Kyra’s work included preparing, submitting, and managing licensing applications with regulatory authorities; developing and overseeing tracking procedures for regulatory filings; monitoring legislative and regulatory developments affecting company operations; and serving as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and government officials. In this role, she also provided analyses of regulatory changes for key stakeholders and apprised legal and compliance teams of market changes. She also served as company liaison for industry trade associations and advocacy groups and regularly attended industry conferences.

Kyra also gained valuable experience as an Immigration Paralegal at Jackson & Hertogs, LLP in San Francisco, where she prepared and filed visa and permanent residence cases, efficiently managed caseloads by identifying risks and proposing solutions, and maintained relationships with corporate and individual clients. She has a B.A. in English and Communications from Santa Clara University and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law in London. She also holds a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification and is a commissioned Florida Notary Public.
