Amanda Holi

Amanda Holi is a highly skilled licensing and compliance professional with extensive experience in both the private online gaming sector and in gaming oversight at the state level. With a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, Amanda brings a unique blend of academic rigor, investigative experience, regulatory acumen, and strategic leadership to help Ifrah Law clients address compliance vulnerabilities and stay ahead of regulatory curves.

Prior to joining Ifrah Law, Amanda was a Senior Compliance Analyst and Licensing Manager for a global online gaming and sports betting platform provider, where she was tasked with ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Her work included licensing and registration for vendors and employees; reviewing legal contracts; drafting internal policies and procedures; conducting due diligence checks on the efficacy of policies and procedures; and investigating customer complaints. Amanda also developed and implemented robust processes for compliance review of marketing materials by regulatory agencies in multiple states, safeguarding the company’s brand integrity and legal adherence.

Amanda also gained valuable experience as a State Investigator and Regulatory Compliance Agent for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Overseeing compliance of licensed facilities in the state, Amanda fostered collaborative relationships with law enforcement and state and federal agencies. She conducted in-depth financial and background investigations, composed annual activity and enforcement reports, and developed corrective action plans to address compliance vulnerabilities. During her time at the PGCB, Amanda completed the Commonwealth Investigator Training Program and the National White-Collar Crime Center’s Financial Investigations Triage course, further solidifying her expertise in advanced investigative techniques and financial crime analysis.
