Founding Partner, The Ifrah Law Firm

Jeff Ifrah is the founding partner of Ifrah PLLC, a law firm in downtown Washington, D.C. that focuses on counseling clients and representing them in litigation at the intersection of white-collar crime and the Internet.

Prior to forming his own firm, Mr. Ifrah was a partner at Greenberg Traurig and of counsel at Paul Hastings. In nearly 17 years of practice, he has represented clients in the defense contracting, health care, finance, pharmaceutical, igaming, software, and real estate industries.

Mr. Ifrah has recently provided expert news commentary on the Bloomberg News national wire, authored articles for the National Law Journal and for national cable networks including MSNBC, Fox, and CNBC. He has been a guest commentator for the Washington Legal Foundation’s Legal Pulse online newsletter.

He is co-author of the LexisNexis Treatise Federal Sentencing for Business Crimes (updated 2009), as well as the author of articles appearing in the National Law Journal, Legal Times, the ACC Docket, AHLA Health Lawyers News, American Criminal Law Review, the Champion, and the BNA Health Care Fraud Reporter.

Mr. Ifrah authors a blog, CrimeInTheSuites.com, which focuses on developments in white-collar criminal defense, sentencing, Internet law, and FTC enforcement actions against online fraud.
